Field Service Technician (Appliance Repair) - New Orleans, LA

We are seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) located in the New Orleans, LA metro area to serve customers across New Orleans, Metairie, Slidell, and surrounding areas.

• Travel offsite to customer locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment.
• Properly use all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances.
• Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, and decide whether to repair the product or replace parts.
• Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job.
• Pre‑screen next day service calls by obtaining necessary information to help diagnose problems before arriving at the customer's home.
• Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, fix‑right‑first-time, revisits, parts management, OT %).

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role, preferably field service.
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience using tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues.
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification.
• Meet physical requirements such as continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

$24.25 - $28.25 USD per hour.
