Maintenance Electrician-Electronics Technician
Pay: $27.70-$36.60/hour depending upon experience with a $1.25/hour shift differential for night shift
Shift: 2-2-3 (4-crew) Work only 50% of your days
Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO
Lakeside Book Company is looking for a Maintenance Industrial Electrician/Electronics Technician who will work in all areas of our manufacturing processes. We will rely on your expertise to ensure our machines are operating well and maintained in a way that prevents unexpected downtime. As a Maintenance Electrician/Electronic Tech, you will repair, install, modify and test highly technical printing and binding equipment in a modern manufacturing setting.

- Repair, install, modify, troubleshoot, and test highly technical printing and binding equipment.
- Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair motors.
- Work with high and variable voltage, DC power and circuit controls, and 480 VAC phase 3 power wiring.
- Understand, repair, and program PLC, CNC, and robotic equipment and controls.
- Bring ideas to the table on how we can improve our processes and equipment.
- Proficient with troubleshooting /diagnostics and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience and understanding of relay logic circuits
- Experience and understanding of AC and DC motors and power systems
- Familiar with VAC 480 3 phase power wiring systems
- Ability to read and understand various prints and schematics required.
- Basic knowledge of machine and process control, including experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Lenze) and frequency drives are highly beneficial.
