Maintenance Supervisor | Up to $34/Hour + Bonuses | St. Louis, MO

Monarch Investment is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at River Chase Apartments in Florissant, MO. This is a working supervisor position. You'll lead the team, help tackle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and be instrumental in keeping the property running smoothly.

• $30.00 - $34.00 per hour based on experience

• Lead and support the maintenance team
• Complete service requests and work orders
• Oversee apartment make‑readies and unit turns
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Assist with painting and general property upkeep
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
• Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting
• Participate in an on‑call rotation (as needed)

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience in a supervisory role required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills. Must be able to climb 3 story ladders to access systems on roofs
• Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• HVAC Certification and EPA Certification required
• CPO Certification preferred
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Ability to supervise 6+ employees
• Ability to lead by example
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with 400+ unit properties a plus
