Overview

We are urgently hiring Residential HVAC Service Technicians based in the Sparks, MD office. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, performing tune‑ups, maintenance, and system evaluations, installing and upgrading components, ensuring code compliance, and providing a professional customer experience.

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with confidence
• Perform tune‑ups, maintenance, and system evaluations
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components
• Ensure all work meets local and national code requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• A passion for delivering top‑tier customer service
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
• Valid driver’s license (drivers must be 21+)
