Now Hiring — Underground Utility Crew | Buffalo Location We’re hiring an experienced underground utility crew for our Buffalo location. These are W2 positions, not subcontractor or 1099 roles.

Openings include:

Lead Cat Operator — 1 openingHDD Operator — 1 opening

Excavator / Backhoe Operators — 2 openings

Laborers — 2 openings

We’re looking for people with real underground construction experience who can show up, work safely, and keep production moving. This work may include fiber, telecom, conduit installation, excavation, trenching, boring, back filling, potholing, and general underground utility work.

What we’re looking for:

Underground utility or construction experience

Heavy equipment experience for operator rolesHDD experience for drill/operator roles

Laborers who are dependable and willing to work Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong safety mindset

Ability to work around live utilities, equipment, traffic, and active jobsitesCDL is a plus, but not required for every role

Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements
