** Additional Services Technician
**** Position Summary
** The Additional Services Technician provides specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.
** Responsibilities
* ** Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
* Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
* Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
* Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
* Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.
** Qualifications and Requirements
*** 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
* Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
