You will play a critical role in delivering the flawless interior surfaces that define our high-end residential projects. This position offers the chance to showcase your craftsmanship on selective, premium builds where quality takes precedence over speed. You will work alongside a dedicated field operations team that values precision, execution, and pride in a job well done.

• Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall surfaces to achieve seamless, premium-grade textures.
• Apply high-quality paint, stains, and custom finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Adapt to diverse field tasks including light carpentry and general residential construction support.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site to protect upscale residential properties.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure strict adherence to high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot surface imperfections and structural transitions to ensure a flawless final handover.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in drywall hanging, finishing, and painting.
• Proven proficiency in residential construction techniques, surface preparation, and wood staining.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying project-related construction tasks as needed on-site.
• Strong attention to detail with high school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Advanced skills in specialized texturing, level-5 finishing, and high-end custom trim painting.
• Multi-trade experience in residential remodeling, framing, or finish carpentry.
• Local residency within the Lake Ozark region with an established history of reliable site attendance.
