Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communication: Follow daily instructions from the Crew Leader, ensuring clarity on job-specific tasks.
- Execution: Carry out assigned tasks diligently and report progress to the Crew Leader.
- Craftsmanship: Provide professional siding installation experiences, showcasing skills in cutting, weatherproofing, installing, sealing, measuring, taping, etc.
- Precision: Accurately measure, fabricate, and install siding, soffit, fascia, and trim.
- Learning Culture: Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and career growth, staying updated on product knowledge.
- Leadership: Display a willingness to train and supervise laborers and apprentices.
- Safety: Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure job site.
- Adaptability: Embrace additional duties that may arise beyond the job description.
Requirements:
- Experience: Hiring entry level to skilled crew lead positions
- License: Hold a valid driver's license for your convenience.
- Strength: Exhibit the ability to handle job site equipment and perform heavy labor.
- Safety: Climb ladders with confidence and pass required drug screenings and background checks.
- Location: Be willing to commute within the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
