What You'll Do:- Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces
- Assist with concrete placement according to project specifications
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
- Work alongside experienced professionals and learn the trade
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Construction experience required
- Concrete experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail
- Honest, dependable, and ready to work hard every day
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, bend, reach, and work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment
