We are currently looking for skilled and customer focused Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of residential HVAC equipment and provide reliable climate control solutions that keeps or customers environments comfortable and safe.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling and ventilation).
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Clearly communicate system issues, solutions, and recommendations to the homeowner.
- Model safe working habits and ensure all work meets safety and company standards and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Represent Vogel with professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Keep working area and service vehicles clean and organized to present the best impression to the public.
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, or on a rotational on‑call shift as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a residential HVAC service technician.
- Successful completion of a HVAC program from an accredited institution.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Licensing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license with the ability to be insured.
