We are hiring a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Appliance Repair Technician. This role offers strong earning potential, with top technicians earning well above typical hourly positions. If you are reliable, good with people, and want to build a high income skill, we will train you.

• Diagnose and repair appliances using hands on training and real service experience
• Test components using basic diagnostic tools
• Provide professional in home service

Our technicians run a steady schedule of service calls daily, providing strong and consistent earning potential.

Training begins in West Monroe and is primarily hands on in the field working alongside experienced technicians in real service calls. Training length depends on how quickly you learn and apply the system. Technicians who pick it up quickly move out of training faster. After training, technicians operate in a service territory near their home city.

This position is a great fit for someone who has worked with:

• HVAC systems
• Automotive repair
• Diesel or farm equipment
• Industrial maintenance
• Mechanical service work

If you enjoy diagnosing problems and fixing equipment, you will do well in this role.

Paid Training: $17 to $19 per hour during initial training. Most technicians move out of training quickly based on performance and ability. Faster learners advance sooner and increase earnings faster.

After Training: Most technicians earn $25 to $35 per hour equivalent. Top performers earn $70,000 to $100,000 plus annually.
