• Deliver, troubleshoot, and clean HVAC rental equipment and related products, including but not limited to air‑cooled and water‑cooled systems up to 1,000 tons and hot water boilers up to 200 hp.
• Maintain, service, and install rental systems.
• Maintain accurate field service reports, including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs.
• Regular use of power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment to service and repair rental systems as needed.
• Operate equipment vehicles, including forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.
• Perform other duties to support the business as needed, including inventory count, general maintenance, cleaning, lifting, and organizing.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment.
• 1+ year experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Associate degree or HVAC technical certification.
• HVAC rentals experience.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one.
• EPA 608 universal license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
