Skilled Tradesperson​/Nights

Position Overview

The Skilled Tradesperson performs work in the major technical trades. They will perform physical labor tasks for construction projects, including ground‑up, remodels, retrofits, and repairs to interior and exterior structures. The role operates various hand and power tools and performs plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing work for doors, windows, cabinetry, and fixtures.

• Perform technical tasks in trades, such as plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry.
• Install fixtures including windows, roofing, flooring, trim, tile, ceiling tile, hardware, heating, and ventilation.
• Perform framing tasks with wood/metal, drywall, fiberglass reinforced plastic, and T‑Bar.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment (drills, saws, nail guns, hammers, shovels).
• Execute tasks involving physical labor as needed and respond to 24/7 emergency coverage.
• Travel to different worksites to complete required tasks and projects.
• Maintain a clean job site, eliminating possible hazards.
• Work safely, adhering to all aspects of the Health, Safety, and Environmental Program.
• Organize building material; load and unload trucks.
• Assist other workers on construction and pre‑construction assignments.
• Read instructions, specifications, and plans to determine work activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General trade experience preferred (plumbing, electrical, concrete, flooring, roofing, painting, framing, drywall, and finishing).
• Possesses or will obtain appropriate tools for job functions.
• Organized, dependable team player with solid communication skills.
• Professional and results‑driven with a friendly and positive attitude toward change.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues, remove barriers, and have know‑how to make things happen.
• Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people.
• Common sense and applied logic.
• Must possess an appropriate state driver license before employment, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Competitive hourly rate ranging from $24.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
