* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and customer service.

* Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to specifications and codes.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, including thermostats, compressors, and ductwork.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC system issues and recommend solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and practices while on the job.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, services provided, and parts used.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems.

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC program or apprenticeship is preferred.
- Current HVAC Journeyman license or certification (as required by state or local regulations).
