Responsibilities- Safe and effective operation of Bucket Trucks for assigned tasks
- Mentor new hires as required
- Capability to carry and utilize a 28–32 ft ladder in locations inaccessible by bucket truck (climbing advantage is beneficial)
- Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions
- Availability for emergency repair calls on a 24‑hour standby schedule, including weekends and holidays, on a rotating basis with other standby crews
- Must be able to install and repair exterior cable hardline to include coax, 628 & 875, all counts of fiber and strands
- Must be proficient in using a lasher
- Prefer 2 years of experience but will train the right individuals
- Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and confidentiality in all areas of responsibility
- Multi‑task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
