Wiring Assembly Tech Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, breaker panels, and other electrical components in modular buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and work instructions
• Route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring while maintaining a clean and organized installation
• Measure, cut, strip, and connect wire using hand and power tools
• Install conduit, electrical boxes, mounting hardware, and electrical accessories
• Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing to verify proper installation
• Troubleshoot wiring issues and complete repairs before final inspection
• Work closely with framing, insulation, drywall, finish, and final assembly teams to meet production schedules
• Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines, company quality standards, and all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Wiring Assembly Tech Requirements:

• Previous electrical assembly, wiring, construction, maintenance, or manufacturing experience required
• Experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics required
• Knowledge of basic electrical principles and safe work practices required
• Experience using drills, impact drivers, wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, and other hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds required
• Manual dexterity to work with small electrical components and hand tools
• Ability to distinguish wire colors and accurately identify electrical components
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures required
• Willingness to work overtime as production demands require
• Drive to Marionville for daily commute required
