• Build and install custom cabinets, vanities, and built‑ins with precision and care.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and client specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and wood‑based materials accurately.
• Install cabinetry on‑site ensuring proper fit, finish, and functionality.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the shop and on job sites.
• Collaborate with team members, designers, and clients to bring visions to life.
• Perform touch‑ups, repairs, and final detailing as needed.

• Proven experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, or finish carpentry.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent craftsmanship and finishing skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
