Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The role includes maintaining and repairing equipment and systems. Requires strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.

• Perform industrial preventative maintenance and work on associated software systems
• Maintain a professional demeanor during high‑pressure situations and perform overtime as required for harvest season and emergency repairs
• Work safely in adverse weather conditions while climbing grain elevators, bins, etc.
• Troubleshoot and assist with repair of 120 V to 480 V electrical systems daily
• Troubleshoot and assist with repair of IT systems weekly
• Troubleshoot and assist with repair of mechanical systems daily
• Troubleshoot and assist with repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems monthly
• Troubleshoot PLC (hardware and logic) systems monthly
• Troubleshoot and assist with repair of Integris systems weekly
• Troubleshoot and assist in repair of video jet printer twice per year
• Assist with plumbing repairs twice a year

• At least 1–3 years in facilities maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal
• Basic computer knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of logic controllers preferred
