The Lead Installer – Kitchen & Bath Remodeling will manage day‑to‑day project execution in the field, leading a 2‑man crew and progressing toward a construction management role.
Responsibilities- Lead, execute, and perform all phases of kitchen & bath remodeling projects.
- Supervise, teach, and mentor secondary installers and helpers.
- Coordinate daily jobsite workflow, scheduling, and subcontractors.
- Conduct pre‑construction walkthroughs and Day‑1 project launches.
- Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects.
- Review and interpret plans, layouts, and measurements accurately.
- Perform all aspects of construction from demolition to final touch‑ups, including cabinetry installation, trim work, finish carpentry, light plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite daily.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a professional working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Superintendent, Construction Manager, Design Team, subs, and clients to deliver a consistent 5‑star customer experience.
- 3–5+ years of carpentry and remodeling experience (kitchen/bath preferred).
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate junior team members.
- High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
- Proven ability to problem‑solve and make decisions on the jobsite.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Growth mindset with desire to advance into leadership roles.
Full‑time:
Monday – Friday | 7:00AM – 3:30PM (adjusted based on project needs). Compensation range:
