Construction Labor

(Arabi, LA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a General Site Laborer to support daily operations on industrial and construction job sites. This role involves assisting skilled trades, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing a variety of manual labor tasks as needed. MUST HAVE VALID OSHA CARD.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, welders, and technicians
• Operate basic hand and power tools as directed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with site preparation including digging, lifting, and positioning materials
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• MUST have valid OSHA card
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions
