Responsibilities- Performing general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
- Removal and installation of panels and components.
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving aircraft system/component issues.
- De‑fueling aircraft.
- Engine removal and installations.
- Operating ground support equipment.
- Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components.
- Aircraft movement and assistance in performance runs/taxiing.
- Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment, and tooling.
- Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
- Effective and clear communication in English.
- Other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal but not mandatory.
Experience- AMT I: Airframe or Powerplant license required. Airframe license preferred. 0–2 years of experience in aviation maintenance, avionics, or similar. Technicians have limited to moderate knowledge of general maintenance aspects and require close supervision.
- AMT II: Airframe or Powerplant license required. Airframe license preferred. 2–4 years of experience working in aviation maintenance. Experience working on corporate aircraft preferred but not essential. Technicians have considerable knowledge and require general supervision on routine maintenance.
- AMT III: Airframe license required;
Powerplant license highly preferred. 4–6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance. Experience on corporate aircraft highly preferred but not essential. Technicians have full knowledge of general, detailed, and special assignments. - AMT IV (Master): Airframe and Powerplant license required. 6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance. Must have extensive corporate aircraft experience and be a subject matter expert in all areas of the job.

Sense of Responsibility- Attend work every day as scheduled, including overtime and weekend assignments.
- Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
- Maintain reliable transportation to get to work each day.
- Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
- Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
- Maintain customer‑oriented work habits.
- Lifts 50 lbs.
- Routine walking, bending, squatting or sitting.
- Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands.
- Climb ladders and stairs, work in small, restricted areas.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Understand and implement regulations and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot or evaluate system operation.
- Work with others in a professional manner.
- Work under supervision of assigned Team Leader and Director of Maintenance.
- May be directed to supervise other technicians in some capacity.
- Hangar environment with extreme temperature variations.
- Outside during aircraft runs.
- Varied positions in and around the aircraft.
- Personal hand tools supplied by the mechanic.
- Pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
- Jacks, stands, lifts and other support devices.
- Tugs, power carts and other engine‑powered equipment.
