BNSF Railway in West Quincy is seeking Conductor Trainees to support safe, efficient freight movement. You will learn to manage train operations, comply with safety protocols, and coordinate real-time data to ensure timely deliveries.
The role is full-time (40 hours/week), with on-call shifts, nights, weekends, and travel as required. Training is company-paid, combining on-the-job and classroom sessions at the Overland Park training center. Relocation is not provided.
