Job Title

Field Service Technician I – New Orleans,LA.

Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on‑site at customer locations. Diagnose, maintain, and troubleshoot ATMs, and communicate problem details via the service app.

• Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and service app information.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain accurate and prompt reporting of updates, call closures, parts inventory, hours worked and miles driven.

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work.
• Familiarity with and ability to operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Strong basic electrical and mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Capacity for prolonged travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Proof of minimum insurance coverage:
  • Bodily Injury Liability – $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident.
  • Property Damage Liability – $100,000 per accident.

• Associate degree.
• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment.

Hourly rate of $14.00 plus an additional $6.00 per activity completed.
