Melvin Mills Roofing, LLC, is a 2nd-generation family-owned roofing business that proudly serves the Southeast Missouri area, with headquarters in Fredericktown, MO.
In the mid-1980s, our founder and namesake, Melvin, started offering roofing, siding, carpentry, and general handyman services under the name Melvin Mills Construction. As Melvin’s reputation for great customer service and quality work grew over the years, so did the demand for his services.
In 2008, Melvin’s youngest son, Craig, became a full partner in the business, and we began to narrow our scope of work to focus on building a true residential roofing company. We changed our name to Melvin Mills Roofing, LLC, to signal our commitment to providing outstanding roofing services with the highest level of specialized training and expertise.

Responsible for:
Gutter Laborers / Gutter Installers / Self
Main
Purpose:
Insure that the daily installation of gutters, soffit and fascia meet MMR standards and Gutter Laborers and Gutter Installers are trained and proficient in those standards.
- Primary Installer of gutters, soffit and fascia
- Train new crew members
- Inventory materials
- Switch gutter machines between sizes and coils
- Operate and maneuver a truck and trailer
- Keep trucks and trailers organized
Experience:
Valid Driver's License, experience and knowledge of gutter, soffit and fascia installation.
Education:
N/A
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 80 lbs
Work Environment:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions / No fear of heights
Time Off:

- Able to set and meet goals and Melvin Mills Roofing standards
