Landscaper

Overview

See Scan is seeking a Landscaper to maintain the health and appearance of the landscaping at our facilities.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Kearny Mesa. This position pays $23/hour or more
, depending on experience.

• A position within an established company that has over 40 years of experience

• Maintain the grounds, exterior buildings, and landscape
• Maintain proper care of equipment and supplies
• Maintain irrigation control valves and wirings
• Help with fertilizing, trimming, pruning, mowing, edging, and weed control
• Pick up trash and wash exterior areas
• Remove and/or replace any dead or dying plants, flowers, or shrubs
• Operate gas and electric carts, forklift and other landscaping equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• 3+ years’ related experience in facility grounds maintenance
• Experience in a multi-unit environment preferred

• Fruit trees and vines
• Roses
• Organic approaches and products
• Pest control

• Willing to pitch in wherever needed and work at a quick pace
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Able to speak and understand English
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
