Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC-related maintenance and repairs, including filter changes, parts replacement, and basic troubleshooting of HVAC equipment;
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues within the facility, including work on 480V systems when appropriate safety protocols are followed;
Complete plumbing work orders, including basic repairs, maintenance, and inspection of plumbing fixtures and systems;
Maintain and repair facility lighting systems, including bulb and fixture replacement and basic troubleshooting of lighting controls;
Carry out general building maintenance tasks across commercial and laboratory spaces, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and in good working order
