Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment and related systems;
Repair and replace components per work orders and coordinate with vendors/contractors;
Assist in connections and shut-offs for water and fire systems;
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting tasks;
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety policies
