Lindbergh-Properties-Construction-I is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for completing work orders and routine tasks for residential apartments and condominiums. Normal hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include completing repairs promptly, preventive maintenance, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning, grounds work, and assisting make-ready tasks.
