Field Service Application Technician

Seeking a hands-on candidate to join FSI's technical sales team as a Field Service Application Technician! This exciting position entails an array of responsibilities that range from maintenance and servicing equipment to assisting with increasing chemical territory sales. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with an energetic personality, who can work well independently and in a multifunctional team environment.

• Must have valid driver’s license and maintain safe driving record.
• Must pass drug test and physical exam.
• Proficient computer skills, math skills, and prior CRM experience a plus.
• Comfortable assembling, testing and trouble-shooting all Foam Supplies equipment and Sub-Assemblies.

• Capable of training FSI customers on the use and application of FSI chemical systems and dispensing equipment.
• Assemble, test and trouble- shoot all FSI equipment and sub-assemblies.
• Complete assigned routine service calls but not limited to territory accounts.
• Perform onsite demonstrations with FSI and competitors equipment using FSI chemical systems.
• Perform test trials with varies types of FSI and competitors equipment and chemical systems.
• Comfortable hosting remote trouble shooting calls, supporting field problems on equipment, chemical systems, cylinder and applications methods.
• Willing to travel overnight (out-of-town) 50% of the time per month.
