Ameren Illinois is seeking an Apprentice Substation Electrician 1st 9 months to perform substation maintenance and construction projects. Responsibilities include replacing oil circuit reclosers, maintaining breakers, troubleshooting control circuits, and constructing new substations.
The role requires emergency response willingness and may include one-man truck duties. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, CAST test, and the ability to obtain a Class A CDL.
