Performance Food service is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our delivery fleet, supporting food & beverage operations. You will diagnose and repair diesel tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure DOT and safety compliance.
Using advanced diagnostic tools, you will troubleshoot engines, air brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems to help keep time-sensitive food deliveries on schedule.
