Field Service Technician II

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
• Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
• Organize and triage customer issues and handle problems proactively
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner
• Complete formal virtual and hands-on classroom training
• Work with service operations teachers, mentors, and coaches across territories

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver's license and driving record satisfying NCR Atleos fleet requirements
• PC skills
• Basic electronic skills
• Operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to travel for prolonged periods and drive several hours per day
• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts
• Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software preferred
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification preferred
• One or more years of related experience preferred

Demonstrates expertise in servicing electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, while effectively managing customer installations and maintenance. Proficient in troubleshooting network faults and ensuring system security and configuration.
