Level II Technician

Buchheit Inc. is seeking a hands-on Level II Technician to support our farm and home retail operations. In this on-site role, you'll troubleshoot and repair equipment, assist store teams with technical issues, and help customers with product setup and basic repairs. You'll perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks while keeping accurate records of work performed. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair store, farm, and home equipment and systems
• Support store teams with technical issues and basic maintenance
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Document work orders, parts used, and service history
• Assist customers with product setup, usage, and basic repairs
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with company policies
• Coordinate with vendors or specialists for complex repairs
• Help keep tools, parts, and technical areas organized
