This opportunity is for our Electric Heat business. Electric Heat is a trusted leader in electric heating and ventilation solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. This is a 2nd shift position working four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday.

As an Industrial Brazer, you will support production of specialty heating equipment at the Monroe City facility through industrial brazing operations, including hermetic seal brazing and pre-burn brazing. You will perform precise, detail-oriented work in a high-heat manufacturing environment while helping ensure proper solder flow, braze penetration, and seal quality.

Travel & Working Environment

This position supports 2nd shift, 4: 10-hour shift, Monday-Thursday. Must be comfortable working near sustained high-heat sources approaching 1200°F. Frequent standing for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, with crane assist available for heavier items. Steel-toe boots and leather work gear appropriate for high-heat industrial work required. Heat-resistant PPE, gloves, face shields, safety shields, and related protective equipment provided by the plant.
