Location: Forest City

Element Resources is hiring in Forest City, Missouri!

$2,500 sign-on bonus!

Starting pay is between $30.00 - $35.19 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift differentials for C or D shift are $1.20 and $1.45 per hour.

Eligible for an attendance bonus – 8.4% of wages, roughly $2.00 per hour more, paid weekly.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Repair and upkeep of all plant and mobile equipment.
  • Communicate with Breaker, Refining, Maintenance, QA/lab, and other departments to insure continual process.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, flue pipes, water lines, and hydraulic systems.
  • Install, maintain and repair all piping in the facility.
  • Install, maintain and repair valves, hoses, fittings, bearings, gauges and meters in facility.
  • Weld and repair all metal units in facility.
  • Fabricate equipment and parts.
  • High degree of welding experience and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to organize and plan workflow.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Certification in the use of the following mobile equipment (training will be provided if necessary):
    • Crane
    • Forklift
    • Loader
    • Manlift
  • Must achieve a passing score on a pre‑employment assessment.
