Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking a Electronics Technician I to work in the Ft. Leonard Wood, MO area.
An active T1 background clearance and a United States Citizenship is required to be considered for this position.
This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair:
Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation, and repair of fielded robotic systems during de-processing events for TPF efforts by conducting inventory and Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS). - Quality Assurance:
Conduct daily Quality Assurance (QA) checks on new or repaired systems using Government-provided checklists at all TPF events. - Conduct Operator (OPNET) and Field Level Maintainer (FLMNET) new equipment training classes for Government personnel at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all US Army ground robotic efforts, attend logistics and training meetings, and provide recommendations for technical manuals and fielding plans.
Education:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
Clearance:
- An active T1 background clearance
- Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC'S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
