Co areas. We focus strictly on high-efficiency,
one-day “same-for-same” replacements ; primarily converting outdated bathtubs into sleek, modern walk-in showers. We do not do heavy structural demo, move walls, or relocate major plumbing footprints. We use high-quality prefabricated stone and acrylic systems to deliver beautiful results to our clients in a single day.

• Installation: Lead and execute the hands-on installation of tub-to-shower conversions, including demolition of existing fixtures and flawless installation of shower pans, wall surrounds, and doors.
• Licensing Support: Serve as the Qualifying Party to help the company secure and maintain Class C (or equivalent) residential contractor licenses in local municipalities.
• Quality Control: Maintain an incredibly high standard of workmanship, ensures jobs are completed in one day, and keep the job site clean and safe.

This position WILL transition to a Production Manager role.

• The Credentials (Required): You must possess the verifiable experience hours AND
  2018 ICC G13 (or higher) exam certificates required to pull residential building/remodeling permits in Colorado municipalities. You must be willing to list your credentials under our business entity.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of residential remodeling experience, with a heavy emphasis on bathroom and wet-area remodeling.
• Product Knowledge: Direct experience installing prefabricated shower systems is highly preferred.
• Tools & Transport: Must have reliable transportation and your own standard tools.
• Reliability: A sharp eye for detail, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude.
