If you have your Branch 2 license and are looking for the right new opportunity to grow and thrive, then Innovative Pest Solutions has the perfect position for you! We're hiring a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician to help protect homes and businesses throughout Orange County, CA
. You'll enjoy variety in your workdays and perform fulfilling hands-on work that positively impacts every client!
- Pay: We're offering a salary of $50,000 – $85,000+ per year (base pay & performance/production bonuses).
- Schedule: You'll work flexible hours during the day shift. We cover locations throughout Orange County, CA.

- Inspecting homes and businesses for signs of pests before performing safe and compliant removal and heat treatment services
- Following all regulations and company policies as you remove bed bugs, structural pests, and more
- Detailing your work in accurate service reports
- Keeping your work truck and equipment clean and well-maintained
- Treating every client and property respectfully
- Valid California Branch 2 license
- Current CA driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined and heated environments
- Ability to serve locations throughout Orange County, CA
- Professional appearance and customer service-focused attitude
- Branch 2 – Preferred
- Branch 3 – Desirable
Qualifications:
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Commercial pest control experience
- Heat treatment experience
