Window World of Los Angeles is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warranty Repair Service Technician & Warehouse Clerk to join our growing team in City of Industry, CA. This dual-role position offers a dynamic work environment where you'll play a key part in delivering top-notch service to our customers while keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. • Perform warranty repair services on windows and doors at customer homes and job sites
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues, ensuring timely and accurate repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repair status and service expectations
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and warehouse shipments
• Pick, pack, and stage materials and products for installation and service crews
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Track and document warranty claims, parts usage, and inventory levels
• Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure parts availability

• Prior experience in home improvement, construction, or window and door installation/repair preferred
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand and power tools
• Warehouse experience including receiving, stocking, and inventory management
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $68,500.00 per year
