Senior Regional Director of Sales

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, furnaces, boilers, burners, fans, economizers, humidifiers, RTUs, condensing units, ice machines, coolers, freezers, and refrigerators
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to Guest Service Standards
• Maintain compliance with company, state, local, and federal policies regarding a clean and safe environment
• Ensure proper operation of hotel systems and equipment, including life safety, telecommunications, key control, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, power plant, pool, kitchen, laundry, and related systems
• Handle maintenance requests promptly and courteously, including logging and follow-up
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Engineering, Assistant General Manager, OM, and/or General Manager regarding building and equipment condition
• Provide cost-effective proposals for maintaining building systems and equipment
• Supervise external contractors performing hotel maintenance work
• Adhere to company work rules, procedures, and policies
• Act as a team leader with minimal direct supervision
• Complete paperwork and log issues, complaints, requests, and information updates
• Use problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and training abilities

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a HVAC
• Active EPA Certification
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computational ability
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills, and budgetary analysis capabilities
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical equipment including chillers, boilers, water softeners, and refrigeration equipment
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience maintaining records of power, water, and fuel consumption
• Experience in office procedures, ordering materials, securing bids, city codes and applicable laws, building construction, blueprint reading, etc.
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity and civil rights, occupational safety and health, wage and hour issues, and labor relations, including Title VII, Equal Pay Act, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, FLSA, ADA, OSHA, FMLA, and NLRA
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays

Demonstrates expertise in HVAC and refrigeration systems maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective communication with management. Capable of supervising contractors and providing cost-effective solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
