Water Service Technician

Requirements

• Install, repair, and maintain multiple brands of water treatment systems across the district
• Work closely with the Service Coordinator
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong professional relationships
• Load and unload the service vehicle
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections
• Arrange payments from customers
• Maintain the tool kit and vehicle inventory
• Perform installations and filter changes
• Build equipment based on provided specifications
• Bill customers according to head-office pricing
• Keep the service area clean
• Relay required inventory to the Service Coordinator for ordering
• Maintain retail, returned, and refurbished units
• Diagnose service issues over the phone and on site
• Perform and read water tests to recommend needed equipment services
• Install equipment based on provided notes, pictures, and specifications

Demonstrates expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining water treatment systems while providing exceptional customer service. Capable of performing water tests, diagnosing service issues, and managing vehicle and tool inventory effectively.
