Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hawaiian Garden Apartments, located at 11950 Centralia Rd Lakewood, CA 90715, comprising 264 units. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supporting the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our property to provide residents with a high-quality living environment. • Maintenance Operations:
  Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold property integrity and functionality.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily residential setting.
