** 1st Lake Properties is seeking a skilled and dependable
** AC Technician
** to join our maintenance team at our 264-unit upscale apartment community in River Ridge:
** Bella Ridge North**.  We’re a locally owned and operated apartment management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents — and we know that starts with a strong, professional maintenance team.

* About the Role:

** As an AC Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems. You’ll ensure all HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently, helping to keep our residents comfortable year-round.  You will also perform electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs; as well as prepare apartments for new resident move ins.
** Responsibilities:
*** Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including compressors, coils, and thermostats
* Perform preventive maintenance
* Troubleshoot and resolve heating and cooling issues quickly and professionally
* Assist with general maintenance duties as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
* Respond to service requests and emergency calls in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used## Qualifications
* EPA certification to work with refrigerant required;
*** We can assist with testing and certification.
**** Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred
* Strong diagnostic and repair skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
* Maintenance tools required; ***$500 tool allowance.
**** Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation
