Maintenance Tech– $34/hr-$40/hr based on experience
Our client in Chesterfield, Michigan
is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. a long standing reliable manufacturer
- $34/hr-$40/hr based on experience
- 1st & 2nd Shift
- Full time hours
- Clean and safe work environment
- Ability to be hired into the company
- Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles machinery and equipment utilizing manual and power tools, and general tool room equipment such as: lathes, mills, grinder, etc. In doing so climbs, kneels, stands, sits, or crouches while handling items of various sizes, shapes, and weights
- Troubleshoots problems from reading electrical and hydraulic schematics; uses electrical testing equipment.
- Maintains departmental files of work orders, maintenance requisitions, preventative maintenance histories, and other related records.
- Performs a variety of building, machinery, and equipment repairs, installation, or modification requiring hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and electrical skills.
- Approximately three to five years of job related experience is necessary to learn maintenance procedures and equipment operations.
- Analytical skills necessary to evaluate machine/equipment functions.
- Obtain a Hilo license within the probationary period.
