Salary Range: $30.00 To $40.00 Hourly

As an HVAC Installer at Meyer Heating & Air, you'll work on residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, sheet metal fabrication, and service-related diagnostic work. • Install residential and commercial furnace and air conditioning systems
• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• Minimum of three (3) years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely move equipment and materials
• Dependable work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and organization
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair work as needed
• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork
• Maintain service vehicles, equipment, tools, and inventory
• Complete all work accurately, safely, and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding work performed and recommendations
• Support team members and assist with additional duties as assigned

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional HVAC experience
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Valid Social Security card
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

• Maintain company vehicles and ensure inventory is stocked appropriately
• Care for company tools and equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
• Assist with sheet metal fabrication and custom ductwork installations
