Join our dynamic restoration team as a Water/Fire Restoration Crew Chief and lead the charge in restoring properties affected by water and fire damage. In this energetic role, you will oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties
  • Lead and supervise restoration crews during water and fire damage projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Perform detailed cleaning, mitigation, and other specialized restoration tasks using hand tools and power tools.
  • Assess damage sites to develop effective restoration plans, including water extraction, fire debris removal, and structural drying.
  • Operate construction equipment and cleaning machinery such as carpet cleaners, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration industry tools.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Document project progress through detailed reports and communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout each job.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on water damage and fire damage.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, hand tools, power tools, and construction practices related to restoration work.
  • Prior experience leading or supervising a crew within the restoration or construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to operate specialized equipment such as carpet cleaners, and moisture meters confidently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team coordination.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
  • Certifications in water or fire damage restoration are advantageous.
