Perform preventative maintenance per hotel schedules and brand standards;
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas;
Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and mechanical systems;
Respond to guest room maintenance requests with professional service;
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
