Pro Seal Restoration LLC is a Missouri-based specialty contractor providing fireproofing, waterproofing, and plastering services. We are looking for an experienced Fireproofing Working Foreman to lead field operations on a large, multi-story construction project at Lake of the Ozarks.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows spray-applied fireproofing, can independently run a small crew, troubleshoot equipment and application issues, and communicate professionally with the General Contractor and other project stakeholders.

The project is expected to begin in late December or early January and last approximately six months. While this position is being hired specifically for this project, there may be an opportunity for continued employment following its completion.

• Lead a fireproofing crew of approximately 3-5 employees
• Work hands-on alongside the crew performing spray-applied fireproofing
• Take responsibility for the quality, productivity, and overall outcome of the crew's work
• Coordinate daily field activities and keep work progressing according to schedule
• Communicate directly with the General Contractor and other project stakeholders
• Apply cementitious spray-applied fireproofing systems
• Work with alum additive/co-spray systems used to accelerate curing
• Perform or oversee intumescent fireproofing coating applications
• Operate and troubleshoot electric fireproofing pumps, mixers, hoses, and related equipment
• Identify and correct common field issues such as plugged lines and equipment/application problems
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements

• Strong hands-on spray-applied fireproofing experience
• Ideally 5+ years of overall fireproofing experience; highly skilled candidates with less experience may be considered
• Previous Foreman, Lead Applicator, or crew leadership experience
• Ability to independently run a fireproofing operation without constant supervision
• Experience with cementitious fireproofing applications
• Experience with alum additive/co-spray systems strongly preferred
• Familiarity with intumescent fireproofing coatings
• Experience operating and troubleshooting electric fireproofing equipment
• Ability to lead a small crew while remaining hands-on in the field
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with a General Contractor
• Willingness to commit to the duration of the project

Experienced Senior Fireproofing Applicators or Lead Applicators who have the technical knowledge and leadership ability to step into a working foreman role are encouraged to apply.
