• You have your California SLP License and ASHA CCCs (or will have them soon)
• You're a California resident (always helpful)
• You're bilingual in English and Spanish (essential for serving our diverse student population)
• You have 3+ years of experience working with students (and still have your sense of humor intact!)
• You're comfortable with technology and ready to embrace the virtual therapy world
• You're excited about mentoring others and helping them grow professionally
• You believe therapy can be both effective AND fun
