Counseling Services Supervisor

Position Overview

We are looking for a Counseling Services Supervisor who will provide clinical supervision to therapists and assist with counseling program operations, while delivering assessment and individual, family, and group counseling services to children and youth of all ages.

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed counselors.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations of the counseling program.
• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services.

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• LPC or LCSW license; ability to supervise for these licenses preferred.
• At least three years of counseling and clinical experience.
• Experience providing clinical supervision preferred.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.

Salary:
Starting at $62,013 per year.
